1. Services Description

Horizon Event Catering LLC provides third-party catering coordination and event planning services. Specifically, we:

Coordinate bulk food orders with local restaurant partners and vendors
Arrange delivery logistics for corporate events, school programs, and community gatherings
Provide event planning consultation for food service needs

We are an independent coordination service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant chain or food brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

All catering quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
A 50% deposit is required to confirm orders over $500
Final payment is due upon delivery or as agreed in your service contract
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax unless stated

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event: Full refund
Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the event: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event: No refund

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Event Catering LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to delays, food quality issues from third-party vendors, or event disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Horizon Event Catering LLC and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horizon Event Catering LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
